A L M U F I Y to the world ...

Today I upgrade Motorola E398 to Motorola ROKR E1 using Flash Backup 3.07

and the process is complete.

But the problem is E398 is automatically restart with blank screen after flashing

I tried to flash with many different monster packs or flash file I've downloaded but the problem still persist.

After searching, finally I found that we should follow this steps :

before trying these steps press * + # + on button to get your phone into Flash mode

then : 1. fullbackup e398 with FB 2.62
FREE FLASH BACKUP 2.62 DOWLOAD HERE

2. flash R373_42R_for_all with FB 3.07
FREE FLASH BACKUP 3.07 DOWLOAD HERE
we can download R373_42R from here, or here

3. flash with whatever MP with R373 firmware, you could find here
4. edit PDS with FB 2.62 to restore HW and BT address, if we find error on BT this is how to fix it, look at here

and now the problem is solved

NOKIA 5200 OR 5300 MMC not detected or MMC problem or MMC error

all you have to do is :

1. Check your mmc, is there a problem with it, you can use card reader or your friend's phone

2 If your mmc is OK, use other mmc in your phone, borrow from your friend or family member

3. Check this PICTURE , but try the left line/jumper first, it's working with me
